Membership Registration Process

SUMMARY

  • Annual Club Dues – $150 per competitive club (USA $150, No club dues to the West)
  • West Annual Member Dues (September 1, 2012 to August 31, 2013)
  • West dues are collected online in conjunction with USA Rugby CIPP fees
  • All West members must use the designated “WEST” registration forms
  • Member dues are based on the member’s club competition level, at the following rates:
  • Club teams – $70 per member (USA $45 + West $25)
  • Collegiate teams (non-conference) – $65 per member (USA $45 + West $20)
  • High School & Under-19 teams – $25 per member (USA $20 + West $5)
  • Youth non-contact teams – $20 per member (USA $20; No dues to the West)
  • Referees – $70 per member – (USA $45 + West $25)
  • Coaches – USA $65 per member + West competition rate ($25, $20, or $5); All coaches must register as coaches.
  • Admin/Exec/Volunteer – USA $30 per member + West competition rate ($25, $20, or $5)
  • PROCESS

  • Register online at the USA Rugby online registration site (register.usarugby.org). This is a real-time registration database that permits registration using your valid credit card. Once registration is accepted, members will immediately appear on the respective club roster.
  • If you choose to have an invoice sent, you must realize that your players are NOT considered CIPP registered and in good-standing for competition until the payment is received. It is strongly recommended that you use a valid credit card to expedite the registration process.
