CHANGES TO THE USA RUGBY CIPP AND WEST DUES MEMBERSHIP CYCLE
USA Rugby has changed the annual dues cycle from the calendar year to the match the competition year (September 1 to August 31). To remain aligned with USA Rugby, the West membership cycle is also shifting to the competition year effective January 1, 2008.
Like the USA Rugby CIPP fees, West dues will be pro-rated for the January 1 to August 31, 2008 year. Everyone will then need to re-enroll at the full annual rate again in August 2008 for the coming year.
West dues will be collected with the payment of your USA Rugby CIPP dues. The total amount reflected at registration will be the total of your pro-rated USA and West dues for January 1 to August 31, 2008.

West dues will be collected in conjunction with USA Rugby CIPP fees
All West members must use the designated "WEST-PACIFIC COAST" registration forms
MEMBER DUES are based on the member's club competition level, at the following rates:
Club teams - $33.33 per member (USA $23.33 + West $10)
Collegiate teams - $28 per member (USA $20 + West $8)
High School & Under-19 teams - $19.33 per member (USA $13.33 + West $6)
Youth non-contact teams - $6.67 per member (USA $6.67, No dues to the West)
Referees, Coaches & Administrators - $33.33 per member (USA $23.33 + West $10)
COACHES - must register using the "COACH REGISTRATION FORM"; If you are a player, register as a player first, then complete the coach application, but do not pay a second fee. You will be listed primarily as a player for competition purposes, and affiliated as a designated coach on the team you coach.
Remember - Youth, High School and College coach registration includes a Background Check, as required by USA Rugby.
Annual Club Dues - $100 per competitive club (USA $100, No club dues to the West)
Registration Process
Register online at register.usarugby.org. This is a real-time registration database that permits registration using your valid credit card. Once registration is accepted, members will immediately appear on the respective club roster.
If you choose to have an invoice sent, you must realize that your players are NOT considered CIPP registered and in good-standing until payment is received. You are advised to use a credit card to expedite the registration process.
You can still download CIPP forms from www.usarugby.org. These are PDF versions and require that you print and complete them by hand, and then return to USA Rugby by either mail or fax with payment. There is a $1.50 per form processing fee. Due to time involved with mail delivery and by-hand processing, expect the processing of paper forms to take at least four weeks.
