CHANGES TO THE USA RUGBY CIPP AND WEST DUES MEMBERSHIP CYCLE
USA Rugby has changed the annual dues cycle from the calendar year to the match the competition year - September 1 to August 31. The West has realigned our membership cycle to align with USA Rugby.
Western Rugby Union dues will be collected in conjunction with the payment of your USA Rugby CIPP dues using the online dues collection system at USA Rugby (www.usarugby.org). The total amount reflected at registration will be the total of your USA Rugby and West dues for September 1, 2008 to August 31, 2009.
SUMMARY
WEST Annual Member Dues (September 1, 2008 to August 31, 2009)
West dues will be collected in conjunction with USA Rugby CIPP fees
All West members must use the designated "WEST-PACIFIC COAST" registration forms
MEMBER DUES are based on the member's club competition level, at the following rates:
Club teams - $60 per member (USA $35 + West $25)
Collegiate teams - $50 per member (USA $30 + West $20)
High School & Under-19 teams - $35 per member (USA $20 + West $15)
Youth non-contact teams - $10 per member (USA $10; No dues to the West)
Referees, Coaches & Administrators - $60 per member (USA $35 + West $25)
COACHES - must register using the "COACH REGISTRATION FORM"; If you are a player, register as a player first, then complete the coach application, but do not pay a second fee. You will be listed primarily as a player for competition purposes, and affiliated as a designated coach on the team you coach.
Remember - Youth, High School and College coach registration includes a USA Rugby required Background Check, that will be conducted by USA Rugby.
Annual Club Dues - $150 per competitive club (USA $150, No club dues to the West)
Registration Process
Register online at the USA Rugby online registration site (register.usarugby.org). This is a real-time registration database that permits registration using your valid credit card. Once registration is accepted, members will immediately appear on the respective club roster.
If you choose to have an invoice sent, you must realize that your players are NOT considered CIPP registered and in good-standing for competition until the payment is received. It is strongly recommended that you use a valid credit card to expedite the registration process.
Dues Reports and Arrears Lists - 1999-2004
