Game Day Eligibility Procedures

Collegiate Eligibility - The Western Rugby Union requires proof of collegiate eligibility as defined by the USA Rugby Collegiate Eligibility Rules.  All teams are required to complete and present a USA Rugby Collegiate Eligibility Form before any Collegiate League match.  Failure to do so will result in immediate forfeiture of the match in question.

Match Rosters - Before the start of each match, both teams are required to submit a WRFU Match Roster to the opposing team coach and/or captain.  The roster is in Adobe Acrobat PDF format.  Print the form and complete the roster before the match.  The roster should be cross-checked with the names on the Collegiate Eligibility Form, and each player should present a photo ID.

Match Report Forms - Both participating teams and the referee are required to submit a Match Report Form.  Click on the match report form link below and submit within 48 hours of your league match.  In addition, within 12 hours of the match conclusion, a phone message with the match result is due in the Western Rugby Union office (Phone: 719-687-0219).  Failure to report in a timely manner subjects teams to possible fines, as prescribed.  Note, we no longer accept faxed match report forms, please use the online submission form linked below.
