USA Rugby Collegiate Code of Conduct (from the USA Rugby Collegiate Eligibility Rules)
"Student athletes and coaches who participate in collegiate rugby represent their colleges and are ambassadors of collegiate rugby in the United States. As such, collegiate rugby players and coaches are expected to behave with dignity both on and off the field, and should not tolerate or indulge in behavior which would reflect negatively on the college, USA Rugby, or the image of collegiate rugby. Any breach of this Code of Conduct will be forwarded to the appropriate disciplinary committee for action."

This form must be completed by the Registrar of the
school and must be signed by them including the use of the school's embossed
seal. The completed form is submitted at team check in. The form may be
used if your club advances to the Sweet Sixteen of USA Rugby. See the

USA Rugby requires that all teams to have available at all matches signed liability waivers for all members. Teams will be required to present their team's waivers at check-in.
Captain's and Coaches Meeting
For Division I Men's Colleges, The meeting is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. on Friday in the lower meeting room at the UNC Campus Recreation Center, which is across the street from the playing fields. A responsible representative from each participating team is required to attend. Uniform colors and styles, match official assignments, Q&As of the assigned officials, any revisions in the schedule, etc., will be covered. It is possible that the meeting will not be held. Please stay in contact with the office to confirm the meeting. If all eight teams submit a complete Event Roster which provides the name of their hotel and a contact we may not have to hold the meeting.
For Division II Men's Colleges and Women's Colleges The meeting is schedules for 7:00 A.M. on Saturday in the lower meeting room at the UNC Campus Recreation Center, which is across the street from the playing fields. A responsible representative from each participating team is required to attend. Uniform colors and styles, match official assignments, Q&As of the assigned officials, any revisions in the schedule, etc., will be covered.
Check-In Information
Check-ins are all scheduled for Friday or Saturday morning on the times specified below. Carefully review the check-in process that is fully described in the Participant Packet. Every team and every player must check-in before their first match in the competition. Check-ins will be held in the Field House Building at the rugby fields complex.

Seeding for the Women's Colleges
Due to the withdrawal of Oklahoma, the first round parings had to be changed. With four teams from Eastern Rockies, we split the four into the two pools and arranged first round pairings so teams from Eastern Rockies would not play each other in the first round. Pool A will see Air Force play Truman and Texas A&M play Wyoming in the first round. Pool B will have New Mexico play Colorado State and Colorado play Wayne State in the first round. Field Designations and
Location
All fields are on the UNC campus. A map of the field layout will
be available at the venue in the Western room in the Field house near the three
fields. Note that field #3 is a synthetic turf field. In the event of inclement
weather that prevents safe use of field #1 for the Sunday Championship matches,
we will play the championships on field #3.
Length of Matches
Division I Men All Quarterfinal matches on Friday have 40 minute halves. Semi final matches have 40 minute halves. Saturday consolation matches have 30 minute halves. On Sunday, the matches for 5th and 6th place and for 7th and 8th place will have 25 minute halves. The 3rd/4th place match will have 30 minute halves, with the Championship match having 40 minute halves. All participating teams should review the tie breaker procedures and regulations which may be viewed and downloaded from the Western website.
Division II Men The quarterfinal matches on Saturday morning have 35 minute halves. The semi final matches on Saturday afternoon have 40 minute halves. The Saturday consolation matches have 30 minute halves. The Sunday final has 40 minute halves. The matches for 5th/6th and 7th/8th place have 25 minute halves. The match for 3rd/4th place has 30 minute halves.
Women's Colleges The quarterfinal matches on Saturday morning have 30 minute halves. The semi final matches on Saturday afternoon have 35 minute halves. The Saturday consolation matches have 30 minute halves. The Sunday final has 40 minute halves. The matches for 5th/6th and 7th/8th place have 25 minute halves. The match for 3rd/4th place has 30 minute halves.
