The entry fee for the event is $150 per club. Checks are payable to the "Western Rugby Union." Fees must be paid prior to the first match of the competition. There are NO fees for challenge or Quarterfinal matches.

It is the responsibility of each club to fully understand and implement these regulations in any competitive match.

We strongly suggest that each club review the content of these regulations with your squad members.

This form records the names of the squad members you will use for this event. It must be sent to the Western office by close of business the Monday before the event or 1 April 2002. See the Participant Packet for information on the completion of the form.

A club uses this form to list the players who are scheduled to play in a specific match. See the Participant Packet for information of the completion and use of this form.

All three matches have been confirmed for Saturday 17 April. Kick off is at 1 P.M.

The meeting is scheduled for 8:45 A.M. on Friday in the hotel for Division II clubs. Division I and Division III meet in the hotel, but at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday. There are NO Captains' meetings for the Quarterfinals or Challenge matches. A responsible representative from each participating team is required to attend. Uniform colors and styles, match official assignments, Q&As of the assigned officials, any revisions in the schedule, etc., will be covered.

For the finals' weekend check ins are all scheduled for Friday or Saturday morning on the times specified below. Carefully review the Check In process which is fully described in the Participant Packet. Every team and every player must check in before their first match in the competition.

Field #1 is the field closest to the parking facility and the entrance. Field #2 is east of #1 Field #3 is the next field going east. Field #4 follows that.

Length of Matches
All Division II Quarterfinal matches on Friday have 40 minute halves. Consolation matches on Saturday - #7 and #8 - have 30 minute halves. All Semi Final matches have 40 minute halves. On Sunday, the Division II matches for 5th and 6th place and for 7th and 8th place will have 30 minute halves. The 3rd/4th place matches will have 40 minute halves in Division I and II, but only 30 minutes halves for Division III. All the club Championship matches have 40 minute halves. All participating teams should review the tie breaker procedures and regulations which may be viewed and downloaded from the Western web site.
